BUILDING TOWERS (BARRIERS)
If a player rolls the dice and two of his pieces end up on the same space, the player may build a ‘tower’. Your own prisoners can jump over this tower. But single prisoners can’t jump over opponents’ towers.

A tower can reach a height of up to 6 pieces over the course of the game!
If a higher tower approaches an opponent’s (smaller) tower, the following rules apply:
You can’t move your whole tower forwards, only single pieces at a time. If your tower is one prisoner taller than your opponent’s, only one of your pieces can jump over it.
Green rolls a 3 and only their third piece may jump over their opponent‘s tower (orange).
You can only move one piece forwards. However, you can use towers to capture an opponent‘s tower. See ‘Capturing towers’.

If a tower as high as (or higher than) yours is blocking your way, then you can go no further and it‘s the next player‘s turn.
Green rolls a 3 or higher and may not advance.

NOTE: If you are able to capture an opponent‘s piece by Diagonally or horizontally into an occupied square, YOU MUST!
